Great pizza, plenty of food, and affordable! I've been at similar pizza restaurants that charge an arm and a leg for toppings on a single large slice, but we managed 2 slices and 4 toppings for $10! With a liqour store next door, I'd recommend making a trip for pizza next time you grab drinks!
Being from New York I have been hard pressed to find pizza anything like we have in New York with the exception of the chains like Little Caesar's and Pizza Hut. That said, most places uses conveyor belt ovens and just can't re-create that NY Pizza essence. I'm happy to say Nate's New York Pizza is as close as I can find and it so close to actual New York Pizza that I can't even eat the chain stuff anymore! I'm hooked on the taste of home! About the only thing I consistently do when I order is get light sauce, but I used to do that at other places too. Anyway, if you haven't had pizza here and you're wondering what all the fuss is about with NY pizza, try it! You won't be disappointed. Also the service is nice and they have some very large size pizzas. Bigger than many in New York even.
Just a fun place! Pizza was good, not great but the look on everyone's face when the large pizza hits the table is totally worth it! The garlic sticks...excellent; the salads...huge; the pizza huger (I know that's not a word)!!!
So as someone that's is actually from New York City, living out here in Spokane for a few years, I must say that this is as close to home as I can get. I have searched for New York Style pizza FOREVER and I have finally found it!! This place is amazing and I will definitely be back. I would have given it 5 stars but it's about 80% the way there of being real New York style pizza. The cheese was thicker than it should've been and the crust could've been fluffier.
